VOLUNTEERS - WORKING BEES The Lara Golf Club has a whole range of tasks that volunteers undertake on a regular and continual basis. These tasks are critical to the operations of the golf club and the presentation of the course.
Most of the tasks require no special skills and just require a willingness to help.
As well as the specific regular tasks that club volunteers undertake almost daily the club undertakes Working Bees on a monthly basis.
The working bees are weather dependent and a notification is placed at the entrance of the clubhouse about a week prior to the date of the working bee.
The working bees are fun and informative and you meet other like minded members with the common aim of improving the club.
The monthly working bees are held from 8.30am until 12 noon. Lunch and drinks are provided.
